Information on the rental price

2 monthly rents
The fee collection center (GEZ - public broadcasting license fee) requires a fee of 18,36 Euro each month of every household for the reception of TV stations governed by law. This fee is not included in the rent and has to be paid by the tenant to GEZ directly.
According to section 2 (1)(a) WohnVermittG, our brokerage services are free of commission for the tenant.

District Portrait:

Offenbach (population 120.000) boarders with Frankfurt in the southeast of the City and harbors much industry. Shops, department stores, restaurants, cafés and a cinema are located in the city center between the Frankfurter Strasse and the Marktstrasse. The Wilhelmsplatz and the area around the Bieberer Strasse are attractive spots for visiting markets and going out to bars and pubs.
