Revocation Rights

You have the right to revoke this contract without stating your reasons, within fourteen days.
The revocation deadline is fourteen days as of the date of contract closure.
In order to exercise your legal right of revocation, you must inform us:

in a clearly written statement (i.e. a postal letter, fax or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may, but are not obliged to use the attached standard revocation form.

It is deemed sufficient that your written statement of your decision to revoke this contract is sent to us before the revocation deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, then we must immediately return all payments that we have received from you, at the latest within fourteen days of our receipt of your contract revocation. We will refund through the same form of payment that you used for your initial transaction to us, unless a different agreement was previously specified. In no case will fees incurred for the refund be charged to you.
If you had specifically requested that we begin our services before the revocation deadline had expired, then you must pay an appropriate fee. The fee will be based on the amount of services preformed until the time you informed us of your contract revocation, in comparison to the total scope of the planned services stated in the contract.
